“In 2014, NAHMA faced the reality that we desperately needed a complete overhaul and updating of our website. Originally designed and launched in 1999, the NAHMA website had been created by a non-web designer, and as a result the file structure, layout and content were a mess – and the mess grew exponentially over the years as functionality decreased. We realized we needed to almost start from scratch to overhaul the website, with our goals being to improve upon all facets, from e-commerce, to search engine results, to navigability, to design and overall functionality. Meanwhile as a small association, we were concerned about the cost of the redesign and needed to stick to our modest budget.
We did a comprehensive Request for Proposal to some 60 web design firms, and ultimately got about five proposals we were interested in learning more about. vh.AGENCY was one of the five, and they quickly rose to the top as our top choice based on their responsiveness, professionalism, and proposal details. The redesign took about six to eight months, and the new NAHMA website went live in August 2014. The new website was launched in the timeframe proposed, and within the agreed upon budget. And most importantly, we love it, and our members love it. It’s professional looking and highly functional – just what we needed.
vh.AGENCY was wonderful to work with, and they did an awesome job. They are knowledgeable and experienced, and their work is fast and accurate. I would recommend them highly to anyone needing a top-flight website at a reasonable expense.”
