Peconic Landing is a not-for-profit equity-based Continuing Care Retirement Community in Long Island, New York. The community boasts a 144-acre campus that is home to 187 apartments and 109 cottages for independent living with short-term rehabilitation, memory support, assisted living and skilled nursing services available on campus.
Our team put together a strategic plan with planned goals, milestones, and customer touch points. From there, we delivered an interactive website that better reflects Peconic Landing's community and lifestyle, and effectively speaks to their three audiences: prospective leads, adult children, and the greater community. Like most websites in this industry, it is used to facilitate new lead generation, education, branding, and showcase upcoming events. Our team implemented responsive website design techniques, integrated website forms with Peconic Landing's CRM and email database, performed on-site search engine readiness, and setup analytics to track goal conversions. Other interactive features include a custom floor planner tool with the ability to save designs, a site plan map with clickable hotspots and links, photo galleries, and featured testimonials.
To promote the new website, we launched a multi-channel digital marketing campaign. Within the first month, the website saw a 67% increase in traffic, 50% growth in online leads and conversions, and the bounce rate dropped by 146%.
