We are excited to welcome our newest team member Carrie Smaha. Carrie will serve as the Executive Interactive Producer, overseeing the day-to-day prioritization of work operations, projects, scope and deliverables. She is also the liaison between the client and development teams — from troubleshooting reported issues to translating customer needs and technology directions into manageable deliverables.
Carrie brings with her 17 years of experience in front-end and back-end web development, from managing content for a 5,000-page corporate goliath to creating dynamic websites from scratch, email blasts, flash animations, and interactive CD-ROMs and USBs.
Prior to joining Visual Harbor, Carrie served as Director of Interactive Services at Otto Design & Marketing for six years. During her tenure there, she worked with a variety of clients including Aflac, Kaufman & Canoles, Kingston Plantation, Hope House Foundation, and Tempus Jets. Before that, Carrie worked for InterContinental Hotels Group in Atlanta, GA as a Content Developer - managing content and branding promotions for Priority Club Rewards.
